Terms of Use for Innerpsychological Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use innerpsychological.garden and the services offered through it by Innerpsychological Tree Service. When you browse the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Innerpsychological Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact, email contact@innerpsychological.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Innerpsychological Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Innerpsychological Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
